Where do I send information related to my project?
Your graphic designer will reach out to you after you have placed your order. If you would like, you can also send your information to orders@nextdaygraphics.com and it will be forwarded to your graphic designer.
How long does it take for the graphic designer to contact me?
Our graphic designers usually contact you within 2 hours after placing your order. They will reach out via email and a phone call. Please do not order RUSH or NEXT DAY graphics if you are not ready to work with a graphic designer TODAY!!!
I put the wrong contact information at checkout! How do I fix this?
Don't worry! Just send us an email to hello@nextdaygraphics.com and someone will reach out to confirm the changes.
I get graphics frequently. Do you have any discounts?
Yes! We have a VIP Club that allows you to save up to 50% off all graphic orders. Simply call or email us for your special quote.
(Payment for graphics need to be made weekly or monthly based on volume needed.)
Do you accept checks?
Unfortunately, we no longer accept checks. If you would like, we accept Zelle, Paypal, and Cashapp. You will need to email us for instructions.
What is your refund policy?
We have a strict no refund policy. You are paying the graphic designers for their time. If you are unhappy with the end result of your project for any reason, please contact us. Communication on your part is vital for graphics to be done on time. Failure to communicate will not result in a refund. Please do not order RUSH or NEXT DAY graphics if you are not ready to work with a graphic designer TODAY!!!
